Fear of the Lord
To “fear” has a bad image. We are often afraid of ghosts or monsters. What kind of image do you have o God? Do you “fear” Him?
God is all-powerful and all-knowing. He is Holy, and we as sinners are not even close to His existence. We should fear Him.
Beginning of knowledge
When we read the Bible, we learn who God is and what He thinks of us.
God is just, but at the same time full of love. When we have the right understanding and attitude towards God, we are able to have the true “knowledge”.
